The park was started by my parents in the late 1960’s and has been operated by me since 1988. In 2003 (after almost 3 years of waiting for permit approvals), over $400,000 in park improvements was completed and all county, state, and federally-mandated codes are in compliance. (That in itself should make this a $5 million piece of property!) The park has 60 full hookups (54 down in the park and 6 in the area designated for overflow). There are six buildings on the property.

The double garage attached to the house acts as the park office and is very convenient. The house was built so a second story could be added.

• Hall – Facility with restrooms, full kitchen, and a pool table to accommodate clubs and groups. It seats 80-90 people comfortably. Hosting clubs keeps Andersen’s full when other parks in the area are not.

• Bath Building – Contains mens’ and womens’ restrooms, laundry room, fish and clam cleaning room, and pump room.

• Cabin A – Two-bedroom cabin with combination kitchen and living room.

• Cabin B – Renovated 2-bedroom cabin with combination kitchen and living room.

• Garden Building – Used for garden equipment storage.

The property is 260 feet of ocean frontage and covers 5 acres. It is a beautiful piece of property that works very well to accommodate a well-run, popular RV Park. Because my family name is on this business, I am proud of its reputation for outstanding customer service, hospitality, and cleanliness. I hope that new ownership will have the same commitment to the property as I have had. I have agonized over all the “what ifs” but I am hopeful that with new ownership will come a new vision and a new appreciation.
