TO BOOK A RESERVATION (or for more information) please call our toll-free line during office hours (9am to 6pm) with a credit card number to guarantee your arrival.
EARLY DEPARTURES: Early departures are not granted refunds with less than 24 hours notice. No refund will be given for early departure from Ocean North or Ocean South.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received less than 48-hours prior to arrival will be assessed for one-night. For major holidays, event weekends, or "Ocean Sites", cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date will result in a $50 cancellation fee charged to your credit card.
NO SHOWS: Parties who fail to cancel their reservations, will be charged for every night of the booking.
